Sweet satisfaction…

I felt like dessert tonight… not usually how I roll, but hey when there is a calling you just have to answer…
So I decided to whip up a luxuriously, velvety creme brûlée. Super simple to develop… one egg, four yolks, sugar, heavy cream [scalded] and pure vanilla. This dessert is baked in a water bath until set [40-50 mins] and then put in the refrigerator until chilled. Additional sugar is casted on top and blow-torched until golden and bubbly. The outcome, a sexy little delicate dessert with a glasslike, sugar shell [perfect for breaking through and taking your frustrations out on] and a creamy custardy interior that just melts in your mouth…
Mmmm I cannot wait for my next dessert!
