Thai-licious!!

With NYC Restaurant Week only a mere few days away, thought it best to prep myself tonight! Decided dinner would be out tonight at one of the best Thai restaurants discovered since moving out of good ole’ Hoboken… Granted living out in the burbs’ one must drive to get some good grub, whereas Hoboken offered most in walking distance… The idea of a crispy duck roll and Garee puffs as an appetizer is just teasing my palate and preparing it for the main dish… Uncertain what the main dish will be, however thinking something along the lines of Pad Thai or Pad See-Ew… Both are quite delicious and in my opinion never a bad choice! Pad Thai is made with rice noodles, scallions, tofu, egg, bean sprouts and topped with chopped peanuts. Pad See-Ew is made with a flat wide rice noodle [think chow fun style noodle in Chinese cooking] sautéed with egg and Thai broccoli in a brown sauce. It’s a favorite of mine to top either off with some extremely spicy chili sauce [and the Pad Thai also with a creamy peanut sauce]… My mouth is watering already!
